Grievance Procedure
Harbor House encourages you to be an active participant in
your treatment. We have remedies in place if you ever feel
that you received unfair or questionable treatment. We
recommend that you first discuss any concern that you might
have with your assigned counselor. If this does not resolve
the problem to your satisfaction, then you can request
a meeting with the Program Director (within five (5) working
days of the problem’s occurrence). If after this
meeting the problem is still not resolved, then the Program
Director will arrange for you to meet with the Executive
Director.
