Your Rights

Harbor House treats clients, family members, and staff with respect and dignity and is responsible for providing a safe and supportive environment. Harbor House has a client grievance procedure which is given to all new clients at the time of admission.

Your Confidentiality

Harbor House is committed to protecting your confidentiality as mandated by state and federal law. The privacy of our clients and their right to be treated with total confidentiality are carefully guarded at all times. These rights are protected by law. Each staff member is required to uphold these standards in all communications and records. To ensure a safe and healing environment, we maintain a secure facility; only clients, agency personnel and authorized visitors are allowed on the premises.

Release of Information

Harbor House will only release information with the signed written consent of the client.
